This department consists of five DMG CNC milling machines, including a full 5 axis capability. Each machine is equipped with Renishaw probes and TT140 tool calibration systems. To compliment the CNC department a range of manual milling machines are available, ensuring that Erode-All is able to provide its customers with a flawless solution. Work typically carried out in this department includes maneplanes, wings and end fittings. A vast selection of Erowa holding equipment allows for reduced set up times and repeatability.
