Utilising one of the most technically advanced CNC spark erosion machines currently available from Sodick, Erode-All can offer a wide range of sparking capabilities. Boasting features such as linear motors, fully automatic 5 station tool changer and c-axis, the Sodick AQ35L is equipped to cover a vast range of applications. Simple forms, threads, side-servo applications and even helical forms are possible.
This department also offers EDM fast hole drilling. Using copper tubes between 0.2mm and 2.8mm in diameter, small holes can be machined through hardened steel. It is also a useful tool for drilling small oil holes in components.
