The CNC milling department is run using Open Mind and VISI machining strategist workstations. Full 5 axis programming can now be achieved allowing for more complex jobs to be undertaken and completed with unsurpassable success. These systems allow us to receive data in formats such as iges and solid models.
The long-standing wire erosion department is run using Camtek’s PEPs application. This has proved to be superb software for our needs, including 4-axis wire erosion. Again, data can be received in dxf, iges and solid model formats.
Gear and spline design is achieved on an Edgecam platform.
